Get a roast. It's pretty cheap. Buy more than you think you need. Immerse were quite low.

Season last night, season with salt, garlic powder and onion powder. The day will be a layer of the large yellow onion, a handful of garlic cloves (possibly 4) and baby carrots to be on top of the roast. Wrap firmly in foil. Pop in the oven at 300 for 3 hours (in fact, is) the size of your roast. Then you take the roast from the oven and drain the liquid have. Maintain and put the roast in the oven with some areas for about 40 minutes squid. With the liquid to a sauce. From oven and remove all the vegetables. Add to sauce. Let the meat for about 5 minutes and cut. You need a perfect roast. As for the sauce only equal amounts of melt the butter and flour in a saucepan until blended and slightly cooked, maybe 3 minutes. Then add the sauce. You may have to add a little salt and pepper broth. I'm a freak of thymeI like. Generally, I would add a sprig of thyme on my meat before cooking.

If you are brown, or collect all sides of the roast before cooking, which helps the juice, flavor and texture of the cream. Also note, not on the meat too long, it tends to fall apart. For more businesses to reduce, shorten the cooking time.
